Patient visits are limited by appointment only. Please confirm you do not have any of the following symptoms before you attend your appointment.

  1. Fever
  2. New onset of cough
  3. Worsening chronic cough
  4. Difficulty breathing
  5. Shortness of breath
  6. Sore throat
  7. Runny nose/Nasal congestion without other known cause
  8. Sneezing
  9. Difficulty swallowing
  10. Hoarseness of Voice
  11. Decrease or loss of taste/smell
  12. Headaches
  13. Chills
  14. Unexplained Fatigue /Malaise/ muscle aches (myalgias)
  15. Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
  16. Pink Eye (conjunctivitis)

Please confirm you do not have any of the above mentioned symptoms before your appointment via the online clinical survey sent out to your email. In the event that you currently present with any of the pre mentioned symptoms, please let us know and we will reschedule you. Or you can go onto the online booking portal and reschedule your appointment. If you will develop any symptoms mentioned above after your appointment, or if you test positive for COVID-19, please let us know immediately.

What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe:

  • Your therapist will be wearing a mask.
  • We are only accepting scheduled appointments.
  • We are only using treatment rooms with windows to increase ventilation.
  • The number of patients within the clinic is limited at all times to prevent crowds and to have a chance to disinfect all surfaces.
  • All common areas and equipment are cleaned with increased frequency, which includes wiping down surfaces, door handles, etc. with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We are only accepting cashless payment methods (i.e., credit card or debit card) for billing.
  • Every patient will receive an email link to a COVID-19 Pre-Screening survey 4 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. The survey will include screening questions about potential COVID-19 exposure.
  • We are asking patients that are experiencing any symptoms or have come in contact with anyone that is showing symptoms to stay home. During this time we will be waiving our customary fees for late cancellations and rescheduling.

What you can do:

  • All patients are required to wear a mask upon entry to the clinic.
  • Complete the online clinical survey sent out to your email 4 hours before your appointment to confirm your health status.
  • If you are feeling at all unwell, please stay home.
  • Consider speaking to your family doctor should you experience symptoms such as sore throat, fever, cough, headache, and/or shortness of breath.
  • If you have travelled outside of Ontario, please avoid visiting our clinic for 14 days upon your return to home.
  • Thoroughly wash your hands (for at least 20 seconds, or the length of the “Happy Birthday” song).
  • Upon arrival, immediately use the hand sanitizer at the front desk
  • As much as possible, avoid touching your mouth, nose, and eyes. If you find yourself sneezing or coughing, please do it into a tissue or your elbow.
